 Summary: This Florida statute provides that an equine activity sponsor, an equine professional, or any other person shall not be liable for an injury to or the death of a participant resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. The FL Statues are posted at the front gate and in the barn.

  Undersigned assumes the unavoidable risks inherent in all horse-related activities, including but not limited to bodily injury and physical harm to horse, rider, and spectator.

In consideration, therefore, for the privilege of riding and /or working around horses at

WINDSONG FARM located at 3189 TROPICAIRE BLVD, North port, Florida  34287 ; the undersigned or family members do hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify WINDSONGFARM, Jennifer Giammarco or Paul Cirillo  and further release them from any liability or responsibility for accident, damage, injury, or illness to the Undersigned or to any horse owned by the Undersigned or to any family member or spectator accompanying the Undersigned on the premises.

***ALL CHILDREN under the age 18yrs old  MUST WEAR AN “ASTM-SEI” APPROVED RIDING HELMET WHILE HANDLING LEGS/FEET AND WHILE MOUNTED ON A HORSE THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS OF THIS RULE!!!

***CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY PARENT OR AN ADULT OVER THE AGE OF 18 AT ALL TIMES!!!
